Do I pay anything before delivery?
No. You pay in cash when your order arrives, after you've checked it.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Each product page shows where that product is delivered. Right now that's Ghana or Nigeria, depending on the product.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver Monday to Saturday. When we call to confirm your order, we'll tell you when to expect it.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Check it in front of the rider. If it's damaged, refuse it and you won't pay anything.
Can I return an item after I've accepted it?
No. Once you've accepted and paid for an item, we can't take it back, and we don't accept change-of-mind returns. That's why we ask you to check it at the door. See our terms of service for details.
